Shipping times are approximate. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and holidays. More often than not you will receive your order faster, but if you are in the US and you have not received your order within 14 days of shipment, please contact us so we can track your package.
Note: Please e-mail us at info@presh.net before placing your order if the above service method does not deliver to your address, Presh.net is not responsible for non-delivery of items due to USPS service area constraints. For example, if you only receive mail at a PO Box, please enter your PO Box as your shipping address. If you do not have a mailbox that is sufficient size to accept a package, please reach out to us to sort out another delivery method for your order. Presh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages from customers location once it is showed scanned and delivered by the USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Presh ships international shipments via USPS First Class Mail. Presh is not responsible for packages not delivered due to customs regulations in destination country. It is up to the purchaser to know their own countries individual customs laws, and to pay for any duties or customs fees. Presh will not refund orders returned due to buyer not picking up at customs office.
